Eligibility Criteria for NSP Scholarship

  1. The applicant must be a citizen of India.
  2. The scholarship will be awarded to students who have secured more than 50% marks in the previous final examination and their parents/guardian’s annual income from all sources should be between Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh Per Annum. (Maximum limits of family income vary for different scholarships)
  3. Eligibility for Pre-Matric: The scholarship will be awarded for studies in India in a government school from class I to class X.
  4. Eligibility for Post-Matric: The scholarship is to be awarded for studies in India in a government or private higher secondary school/college/ university. It will also cover technical and vocational courses in Industrial Training Institutes/ Industrial Training Centres affiliated with the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) of classes XI and XII level including Polytechnics and other courses.
